I have an offer from another company with 35% rise on currect ctc. I am unable to decide whether to stay in infy or move out of infosys since in infy i am in super comfort zone with authority on many things and good relations from manager to Group project manager.

Move out. There is nothing comfortable in “Infosys” before they start getting on your nerves over the name of work or policies. Honest advice from a fellow infoscian.

Take it bro. And you can even try for better offers while in NP I also got 43% hike first, I put the paper try other companies and landed on 85% and still have 1 more month NP. Everything is possible if you stop overthinking.

If I'm in such a situation 35 seems less but feels like on track. Keep increasing till it satisfies you. Just in case if you're already in high packages you can stay in comfort zone not worth it.
