Trending @Cognizant; Unable to configure the account in the new mobile

Hi Team, Recently purchased new mobile. I am trying to configure my account with that mobile. Installed intune company portal. Tried to configure account but getting below error.

  1. It's asking authentication verification code. But not receiving any authentication notification.
  2. The same is occurring for both teams and outlook.

I am unable to connect with IT support also due to not getting authentication notification. Please suggest some ideas to resolve this issue.

You need to reset MFA. Follow the steps, to do so

For MFA Reset and Configuration issues :- Call GSD helpline - 1800 572 0473 👉 Enter EmpID# 👉 follow 1420

Incident will be auto created for MFA resolution.

Note: You won’t get reset confirmation mail/notifaction. So try to login after 1-2 business days - then you will be prompted to setup MFA on New Device.
