Trending @Accenture; Unable to Be Allocated to Project or Training

I’m finding it difficult to get allocated to a project or training because the team that has blocked me for training is not releasing me, and I’m not aware of the training name. Could someone please guide me to the right person to contact for the release? I’ve been on the bench for about 75 days now and would really like to get started on a project or training as soon as possible.
