When trying to apply for some IJPs, it is showing the below error in the Purpose section:

You do not meet the criteria to apply for this job

And in the Eligibility section: ✅ Confirmed employee ✅ ECM eligibility ❌ You are not allowed to apply to any IJP ✅ Profile is complete ⚠️ Kindly keep your Manager informed... ⚠️ Releasing manager mail id is only for records...

Skill-wise, I am suitable and I am able to see several IJP opportunities like this.

I am currently on the bench. So, am I blocked from these initiatives from my side while on the bench?
