I worked on holiday, applied comp off and it got approved But I’m unable to submit OD I don’t have enough wfh now, what can we do? Leave will get deducted? My manager is not responding properly asking me to mail HR HR has set auto mail to contact hr Helpdesk.

Is it totally restricting u , or is it like a warning, similar to exceptional WFH req?

Yes giving warning
And telling I don’t have enough wfh or availed all the OD of the month
What should I do any alternative way

For exceptional WFH , we can override warning n click ok to apply, is it possible in ur case, then do it. Otherwise, when u need to take that leave using this comp off , just apply WFH and don't work.
