Trending @Accenture; Unable to add my phone number to Home Contact Information in Workday

Hi All, I am trying to add/update my phone number to Home Contact Information section in workday. I added the details but when submitting, I am getting the below error.

If anyone had faced this issues, could you please assist? Also, please chime in If you know any other way our phone number can be added to our contact information in workday.
