Each time I attempt to log in, I receive a verification number to proceed. Whenever I attempt to log in, I am receiving a prompt to Enter an Authenticator code However, I am unable to receive the verification prompt in the authenticator app, which is preventing me from completing the sign-in process.
Additionally, I no longer have access to alternate sign-in methods that were previously available. While work applications function properly on my mobile device, the laptop login appears to reset every 24 hours, making it impossible for me to access OneCognizant and other essential tools.
I also raised a GSD for my issue from one of my colleagues account, but I am not getting any response from GSD after adding so many comments.
Can anyone please help me with this issue?
