I am currently on bench, I have a totaI of 3yrs of experience in tcs in which have a 1.5 yr of experience in testing and from past 1 year I'm on bench( I did training like CLP). I am visiting office once every week, but I got highlighted when rmg schedule my interview for a project and I did not visit, after which they blocked my ultimatix and told me to get project first and then only they will unblock it. What can I do now? Can anyone refer me to there project? I can share my CV to them.
You need to visit RMG and rectify things. Let them know you need a project and be willing to join one if they provide. A similar thing has happened to one of my friends and after having a conversation with RMG they resolved as without access there can't be anything you can do to search for a project. And from next time make sure to attend the interview, as it would impact you more than them. Just some suggestions.
I have already visited them they told me to get project first and then my lead would send them a mail for my ultimatix unblock, after which I have to exhaust my all earned leaves. So if you have any project please tell me about it.
There job is to get allocated as early as possible but you see it's good project or not and if rmg allocate you forcefully they speak with manager of there project and told I am not interested in this project

That might not be his/her fault @joyfulBeam4 . There are many associates who have given good interview but they didnt got a call back just bcoz they were from a certain small location.. many of the associates even after filling form dont get a call also😅😅😂
Ohh my bad..it’s company’s fault in that case.
In TCS Nagpur, there are many associates who are on Bench after their ILP from 2-3 years .. They dont get any calls and RMG is pathetic . They force them to come to office 5 days a week meanwhile in PUNE location associates just have to go once a week or fortnight to meet RMG..
And those RMG should allocate the person on bench for 2-3 yrs first.. but they force people who have worked in a project more. @KLzzz
Even after getting good rating and all the trainings they specifically target experienced employees.
@KLzzz They want the experienced employees to either join a project or resign ..So that they don't have to answer higher authorities . For freshers they can easily say that they don't know anything and dont have any experience but people who have worked in project would definitely have some handson .. They can't lie there.
You do not have access to ultimatix, teams & outlook then how will you get project calls and conversations with them regarding project updates.
They told me that they have arranged interviews for me , stil i didn't appear that was the main reason for this and told me to look for projects by your own or else they will allocate me into GHD last option
Issue is done by you; they want you to Simple resignation 😵💫

This is besides going to office and contacting RMG team in person, ofc.

Bro you are an educated person behave like one, and if don't have guts and proper skillset to get job outside and also you don't know how to play with tcs policies where to find loop holes then either you learn these things or get slaved
