Ultimatix got restricted again

I have been on leave without pay due to health issues between 3rd June 2025 to 20 june 2025. Later on I got my access back on 27 july after having multiple followups with RMG reporting person and HR. And today again my access to Ultimatix, timesheet and all has been restricted. I want to know what the reasons for these issues can be because of:

  1. Lays off
  2. Irregular RMG reporting ( low attendance)
  3. Other
