Ultimatix access restricted

I didn't do the mandatory course, last date was 27th August now they restricted my Ultimatix access, can anyone help me with this . Even I don't know how to complete my courses now .

Ievolve will be still open , so u can complete mandatory course and then ur access will restore itself without follow ups
