UK - Visa eligibility criteria

Hi TCSers,

I'm aspiring to move to UK within TCS. I have been discussing the same with management too. Since there is no open position in my project in UK, I know the chances are less. But, I'm much curious to know more about that does TCS keep any eligibility criteria for sponsoring UK Visa? How will be the pay? What needs to be considered if anyone willing to go?

Grade: C2 Experience: 5years Note: Considering good rapport with higher management and recognition at Business Group Head level with continuous 4 'A' Bands 😐

Seeking suggestions from experienced professionals in TCS Or anyone who already travelled to UK via TCS or any service based company.

UK is the most easiest onsite to get so basically if management are serious about you then it doesn’t take more then 60 days to be in UK. Get your visa request raised asap. Your salary will be 41500 in pounds.

Agree with most of what you said. Except for salary. I think minimum pay has to be 48500 as per visa rules.

I was in UK three years back so at that time it was 41500 for tier 2 visa.

You are eligible for visa(C2 and above). You will get payment based on the client.
