Need advice.
Infosys has terminated me last month (May) and gave me salary for May but didn't give any severance pay and I have their asset (laptop & ID) with me so what should I do? Should I use ut as leverage or just give them?
Hello, TLDR: UHG BAD, LUIGI GREAT, GOOD THING COMPANY IS TANKING.
I recently left my job at Optum(subsidiary of UHG), i dutifully finished all my KT and happened to get an early release from my manager who i assumed i had good relationship with, she they managed to let me go by a number close to 20 days, notice period in Optum is 90 days because of course it is. I had close to a month of leaves for encashment, and they held their payment for april, the expected amount was to be 2 Lakh ₹, so imagine my surprise when i see that in my full and final settlement they deducted close to 80k for notice period recovery. All the parties involved had agreed upon an earlier release but still UHG felt apt to deduct my F&F. So dear grape viners are there any options for optimistic fool such as me?, at this point i dont care that they deducted money, their entire business model is scummy so how can i expect any different, it's about sending message, I'll let the lawyer 80k or any extra amount he or she is able to win back.
Thanks for my listening/going through my rant

We expected our pending salaries to be resolved, but they've repeatedly delayed payments for June, July, and September, even neglecting FnF for laid-off employees. The ongoing layoffs are causing significant mental and financial strain. ...
Today I was asked by Hr to resign, with 60 days notice period. What shall I do to save myself from further exploitation by the firm. Also, if I resign might have to give back my joining bonus as I have completed 11 months
