Udaipur and Indore trip suggestion

We are planning 2 days in Udaipur and 1 day in Indore.

What are the good restaurants and places to visit in both places.

Udaipur:

I have heard Lake Pichola and Udaipur Palace is good.

Any restaurant suggestions for Lal Maas in Udaipur?

Any places to visit in Indore? 1 or 2 that shouldn't be missed.

For petrol can shell pumps be relied upon.
