Uber auto fare is almost double this weekend

Now even on namma yatri, for the same distance I now have to pay 20-25 rs extra. And this is same across all the platforms.

I travel regularly, and today prices are 20 rupees higher for 8 kms on all the apps: Uber, Ola, Namma Yatri, and Rapido.

Does anyone feel like domestic flight rates increased 1.6x -2x for 2024?

what's the reason for this surge even when there are no long weekends?

Any tricks to get back to old prices atleast at 1.3x?
