Trending @Wipro; Type C to HDMI cable adapter

Hello Everyone, does anyone have idea if we can request for Type C to HDMI cable in Wipro? I got a Mac however it only has type C port and I’m unable to connect my external monitor display as it’s having HDMI port. Thanks in advance!

i think you should use the wording video capture card in service now , that will give adapter name to select there , check once i am not sure but i used the same option year back while raising ticket

You have to raise request for premium adapter from service now and team will reject it by saying its not available in stock… tell them do not close the ticket

Then after you have to get approval from your manager with ticket number and share this approval with team

Order it from amazone or anywhere and add bill for reimbursement

That is how I received adapter
