Hi guys I received regular hike as well as role change hike both starting from January. I received two comp revision letters one in Feb and other in march 2nd So is the second one is having both hike included or will I be getting new letter with combination of both?

Was the base salary same in both? In that case you will get the hgher of two.

Yes both have same base. But this is unfair right they have given hike after 2 years and then role change is a part of promotion. It should not be mix with regular one.

How much was your 1st CTC then after that 1st compensation letter CTC got increased to and the 2nd compensation letter (current CTC)

That is because at the time of generating letters your updated CTC was not reflected in the system, discuss with HR,
