Turning the Page

I’ve been associated with my current project for nearly 4 years. Over time, I faced challenges due to micromanagement and difficult work dynamics.

Despite repeatedly requesting a release from my manager, the request was never considered. Eventually, I decided to resign.

Now, with just 40 days left in my notice period and no offer in hand, I find myself at a crossroads. Revoking the resignation would mean going back to the same environment, which I know will not change. It’s a tough phase, but I believe sometimes taking a leap of faith is better than staying stuck in a space that doesn’t allow you to grow.
