Trending @Infosys; Trying to switch, provide suggestions..

I have been working with infy for more than 3years now and am trying to switch for past 6 months but had little to no luck in that, the thing is when i say i have 90 days notice period no one agrees to even give the chance for the interview and when i say 30 day i feel i am just lying, what should I do, what strategy to follow so that i can switch in a month or so?

Everybody knows that Infy has 90 days standard notice so you cannot lie that. Just say that you have resigned and now In notice period and once you get offer you negotiate with your manager .
