Hi,
I have 3.8yoe in Infy.I'm trying to switch. Applied 100s of jobs in naukri in 2 months, but got only one call and tone felt disappointed after hearing the 90 days notice period.
I'm trying to switch to the DEVOPS domain. I have exp in it.
Please help me, what exactly am I missing.
Don’t say 3 months .. tell them it’s 2-3 months but negotiable .. have a good relationship with manager , project is ending blah blah

A good approach could be to update your notice period on Naukri as "30 days (serving)", and begin attending interviews to build your confidence. That’s what I did—and it helped me a lot. Once you start feeling confident and understand the market, you can consider resigning even without an offer in hand.
Don't worry if you don’t see results immediately—especially in the first month. Just stay consistent and keep applying daily (target at least 100 applications across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.). The conversion from applications to interviews can be low, so don’t get discouraged.
By the end of your notice period, you’ll likely have 2–3 offers in hand. And if, by chance, things don’t go as planned, you always have the option to withdraw your resignation—but keep that as a last resort.
Trust the process and keep going—momentum builds over time!
