Trying to switch

I'm a 2024 graduate, looking for a switch mainly due to the learning curve is not that great in my current firm.

Please let me know if anyone can refer me.

A little info:

Full stack developer, inclination towards backend. Familiar with these stacks, worked on them as well(Java spring boot, MERN, python FASTAPI) Great communication skills, adaptable, I take ownership of my work, and I like to be in a leadership position.

Would love to shift to product management if given a chance.
