I have been working for almost 1.5 year recently got into a support project and the team is very toxic i want to get out of this company and get some real work experience and enhance mg learning please suggest something to switch. I am trying from long time.

If you are comfortable with DSA and did DIY projects then you just connect with any developers in your team and try to understand the work they did, in that way you can tell that experience as yours and then for job search I guess you very well know linkedin will help.
