Trending @HCL; Trying to reduce notice period to 60 days
I got offer in other company and they want me to join with in 60 days, but my manager is not allowing me for early release. Now the other company HR is saying that they will withdraw the offer if not joined with in 60 days what to do in this case? Is it possible for early release? Any suggestions
Yes ask your current manager to release if possible. If not then ask new company that due to current deliveries you need an extra month to join new organisation
I have asked new company but they are saying that if it is more than 60 days they will revoke the offer
Write a mail to HR for early release and tell them you are ready to pay the amount of 1 month for the buying period.
If this does not work get a counter offer next month.

Is there is option of paying 1 month salary instead of job ?
