Trying to move from Dev to PM.Seems impossible in this scenario?
Getting rejected from everywhere somehow.If anyone has done it. Please do share your experience!

Did it. It used to be easier. Now, near impossible. Supply demand is out of whack.
Best bet is to accept a demotion from a smaller startup in an industry where you have prior experience. Make the combo make sense to the founder.

I guess there are too many PM’s now. I am thinking to move to EM . Let me know if you can share your strategy. Never thought it would be so hard.

I wasn’t specifically looking for a move. I joined as an SDE and sent a lot of product feedback. Founder asked me to move to Product to fix it. Was a natural, “If you say so,” kind of transition.
