Trying to get into JPMC

Hi All, I have been working at Oracle for 1.5 yrs. I have been trying to get into JPMC SE-II. Facing only rejections for all my applications. I also tried messaging the recruiter. I ended up getting ghosted. Just wanted to know if I'm aiming too high or if my skill set is disappointing.
