Took me almost 1 year to switch, that too not in the kind of companies I would have liked to. I think it is usual to face delays. Not an easy task getting expertise on those DSA things

Im on my 6th month and thinking of change but i have this bond/contract thing 🥲. What would you suggest, should i ask for termination and pay xyz amount or just runaway?

I dont see a reason to pay them amount as i have made them tons of money in this 5months lol.
