Trust issues on TCS
Recently, I resigned from TCS and am currently serving my notice period as I got a new offer.
Now, TCS HR called me and said they will match the offer.
They mentioned I will receive a revised compensation letter after taking back resignation.
They sent me an email that my package will be revised to the matched amount, and HR is saying this email is proof, asking me to take back my resignation.
Can I trust just the email? Has anyone experienced something similar? Would love to hear your thoughts.
My Exp: 2 Years, Grade: C1(System Engineer)
Actually yes.. but make sure to add "Conditional Withdrawal of resignation" (use ChatGPT to frame your sentence)
And this process generally happens 2 weeks before your LWD.
Objective: So that the associate can't use the new offer letter to negotiate with the next company 😅

Don't believe bro.. once it happened to me . I was confirmed on email about some thing which hr promised. And later I discussed with another HR, he said he can't
Is the next company absolutely shitty place ? If not then one should not take back resignation in TCS the so called elephant which is sinking too fast now
Don't expect anything from them except uncertainty, ethics is lost already in the tcs.
Don't trust TCS HR
They'll match, but majority increase will be in variable component. It may not matter much at C2 level, but quarterly variable is only being partially given out at higher grades.
Don’t trust move out, moreover for your experience TCS is not the right company pls move out and build a good future
