If you are logged in Microsoft teams on phone raise a ticket on my techhelp afterthat some one from the incident team will connect with you and generates temporary password for you that will work..

This happened with me last week. Don't worry, it is just that your machine has lost connection with Accenture servers, keep your laptop on for some, like an hour, it will start working again with the PIN or your password.
PS: It may ask you register Hello for Business PIN again once you login.

Did you try restarting? Rebooting the machine worked when I had this or a similar issue.
