Trouble in Dealing/Disturbed
Hello, I'm 26 years old , single. Raised by a single mother. No guidance on how to live proper live. Dealing with lots of stress caused by my negligence. A friend did fraud with me for around 20 lacs. Not a good relationship either,it's done. I'm overthinker. Unable to do shit complete which I'm supposed to put an end to trying a new one.
Just wanted to know how you guys deal in those situations like how to manage n deal with stress. Experienced people's answers will be helpful.

I'm also living a troubled life. Relationships - never moved past lvl 1 in any kind of relationship be it friends or family. Find it hard in doing shit complete but still keep dragging myself. Stress - i never take or do something physical or if too cornered raise hell(which I never do.. maybe once or twice till date). But one thing is i don't fall into money related scams. Only trust related scams where u trust someone and get fooled. 😮💨
Don't try to change your whole frame.. just rearrange your fked up attributes so that you are atleast surviving.

Quite similar, but I’ve realised human affection is always not necessary at least in my case. What I do is, i stay away from my relatives, no partner also. How I keep moving is , i work to earn and then travel on my motorcycle since my college days. Now it has become an integral part of me. I have 5+ motorcycles now, i buy, rebuild (modify) and collect. In your case there might be something you actually love to do, I’ll say go with that full fledged.
