IF in October we have 23 working days and 8 Weekend days, now if we attain all 31 days of the month then the monthly index will be 100 as already we have attained 23 working days. Consider that the quarter requires 54 days for 85 percent index. In that case, if in next months November and December, we do few days as WFH and few as wfo. And we finally conclude that in total we have attained 47 working days of the quarter i.e 23 days of October+ 20days of November+3days of December. And we have index 100 for October and November while the December shows 9percent.
So in this entire scenario, will the 8 attained weekends days of October get added in quarterly calculation, 47+8= 55 ? (as we have seen the quarterly and monthly calculation are differently caluculated on 2office)
Comment your thoughts even if you don't understand the above logic.
Note: above is a scenario that is not related with 2025 year but a logic to implement in quarter.

Its the average total of 3 months and not days!

Don't know about how weekend attendance is calculated.. you can try and let us know Calculation wise everything is calculated monthly and for quarterly that is just avg of the quarter. Wfo/working days will give you wfo index

It's not working like this. If the month is over then, they will count attendance on monthly basis and in the last quarterly by adding 3 months attendance
