Trending @Wipro; Worst Decision of Life

To be honest now I am thinking of the worst decision of my life to join Wipro as a scholar trainee l. Where equally assign the task to normal employees. But what are we just an intern for 5 years even after we dedicated our 5 years. So there is no chance you will be able to study for mtech and end up failing in the exam. Then we terminate from the program. We even have to pay a bond breaking price as well.

So for freshers who are planning to join the WILP I recommend not joining it. As it is the worst program of Life. Even if you didn't get any offer. So kindly go for higher studies or drop 1 year to learn new skills.

It's not only for WILP, if you are a fresher and have this offer as your last option, then go for some higher studies. It will help you to grow in terms of knowledge and future opportunities.

You get paid while learning and you get real world experience also. I didn't have both of these when I did my Masters. I know WILP people who are now in FAANG companies and well settled abroad. Depends what you make of it. If you can get a good outside offer, then you should not have problem to leave and break the bond.

I’ve seen ppl joining WILP even after M.Tech. I don’t think you get much options without a BTech degree.
