I have been working in Production Support project. I have all TRB access. For me failures are new. I have only theoretical concepts of how to fix failure. But actually I have not fix any failure. My manager have said in stand up that please while fixing known failures please take xyz(mentioned my name) with you and explain how did we investigate and how did we fix.
Any new failures occurs I immediately connect with whoever is working on it. THEY say I'm in a meeting or doing something else or that. And after 15 20 min When I see in failures tab the error/failure has been fixed. They don't even bother to call or msg me while working on error. It's been 15 to 20 days now. I have not fixed any minor failure. All I do is monitor batch, make excel sheet and send mail.
From this week I have started doing analysis on my own. Checking what's the issue what will be the cause. But sometimes it just don't help. I get stuck.
I feel like get out of this project ASAP. It is not even good for my future as well. As technology which we are working on is dead years ago.
What should I do.

In the standup meeting you mention that nobody is calling you during fix. For those issues where you got stuck, check how they were fixed by the resolver and this way your knowledge will increase.
