I have taken 2 days sick leave then how many days I need to go to the office to adhere with the 3 days hybrid model

Also i want to add and ask…when 1 day is public holiday i need to go 2 days only a week right?

No , u have to go any 3 days in remaining 4 days , so in such case take 2 days wfh so no need to go to office that week

Yes only 2 days required. Sick leave/holiday/comp off counts as wfo

U have to go 3 days to office as there are 3 days left in week for u to complete wfo policy .

So in such situations what u do is apply for 1 day wfh then as there will be only 2 days left in week after ur (2 day sick + 1 wfh) no need to go to office that week.

Wipo holidays and manager approved leaves such as Sick leave,planned Leave are considered as WFO. You have to visit one day to be compliance with the hybrid policy.
