Dear users, Pls help me with the queries below: I joined Wipro in Mar'21 since then I have never visited any office so far, and I also received 2 non compliance mail, also I don't have ODC in India, am living in Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Q1) Do we have any Wipro offices in UP lucknow? Q2) What if I won't go to the office any more? Q3) what is the nearest Wipro office for me?

What is your office location on paper

On paper it is pune, but manager told just visit any office, that location change they will take care

Your best decision would be to start going to nearest office thrice a week. Wipro is very strict in non compliance and apart from deducting leaves this can even lead to termination after a few instances. Currently you can avail your leave balance and 30 days of temp work from home request. But soon you will need to relocate to noida or gurgaon to follow the hybrid policy
