Lately I have been noticing that the culture is going down. Saw someone come in for work. Sit down for 10 minutes and have some coffee and then left.

What even man. I am super disappointed. I came here to learn and grow in my career but this is the least ambitious place I have seen.

What do you think?

Hi, did u ever worked on small, mid scale, local companies then sure u will feel the same. I also feel the same.

@WiseEntrance I feel the same too. I know people like you and me want to get out of this place and go to Google, Amazon, Facebook etc. but this Wipro tag hurts us and we do not even get interview call.

Know one thing get all possible short of solutions and try to work or find different projects if possible for ur choice. U know the projects they have. Try with those project then u may hav exp to work with product base companies and then decide to switch.
