I’m an April 2022 joiner from college (joining band TRB). My band changed to B1 post 1 year in wipro but without confirmatory appraisal/hike as our batch is not eligible for it.

I would like to know if I’m eligible for Promotion rn. Having gone through the eligibility criteria, I’ve completed mySkillZ certification and my joining was before the mentioned date (June 2022).

Doubt is, since my band changed to B1 only in April last year, would that hinder my eligibility for B2 promotion this cycle? (Point 3 in eligibility criteria) I’m unsure if that’s considered a promotion as it didn’t have any monetary change. Any insights in this regard is much appreciated. Thanks.
