Trending @Wipro; Wipro's Unfair Employee Treatment

I was on bench for quite some time, and as per the official policy, my last day on supposed to be 30th June. However, due to a genuine medical condition, I requested an early release and was relieved on 15th June — with approval.

Now, Wipro is demanding a ₹50,000 recovery for notice period, even though I was on bench

On top of that, they’re asking me the bonus amount they have given till now. Total sum amount 3 lakh. Can anybody help me, to whome i can contact to reduce this amount.

Send mail to ombudsman wipro and share medical document. If genuine, so mention what problem you facing? what type relief you require?

Why did you ask for early release? They will anyway release you on 30th. No need to go to office also... just abscond, they will anyway release or terminate

If you have it written that your last working day is 15th then no need to worry. If they subtract it from FNF you can go to ombudsman or raise labor law complaint
