Its been 2 year didn't got any appraisal and they are just putting into any project.... Ok that ok to be work on any project but what about appraisals... Those who even didn't put efforts and just close to PM DM and ADH just getting appraisal and promotion as well.. What about we... And yesterday had conversation with NEW PM just gave suggestion like do this and do that.... But didn't notice my previous effort... 🤣🤣🤣 Im lacking skill, how to butter up peoples... I should have do this training first then after any technical

Yups,, bcpz I dont mind if i am not getting appraisal and promotion... And I am happy for those who got... But at least they should value your work and at least one time they should have recognised..... I got to know all PM and DM and all other got promotion and hike then what about us...

Bro if you feel that they don’t value you and not getting appraisal/promotion then you should switch the company. That is the right solution of this problem.
We all know this but somehow we all are stuck here
