8-9 hours is …but they are not strictly monitoring yet in every location

It's all depends on your manager and account, for me no one is monitoring hours. Simply swipe and stay for sometime and comeback

Management is not tracking the no of hours now. But its Project which tracks the working hours, If your PM is cool for the flexible hours then you are good. No minimum right now, you need to be in office for 3 days.
