Trending @Wipro; Wipro Salary Hike

I have been working at Wipro for 2 years and 10 months, currently holding a B1 band. I joined as a fresher in April 2022, and by April 2025, I will complete three years. With the upcoming appraisal cycle, I am looking for advice on how to approach my manager to request at least a 30% salary hike and a career band upgrade from B1 to B2.
