It all started when I didn’t receive a salary increment for an entire year while I was also chasing a promotion at Wipro. My manager showed little interest in helping me achieve that promotion, so I decided it was time to move on and accepted a good offer elsewhere. After I resigned, I received a promotion that included a 10% salary increase and a 30% retention bonus. Just a month later, I received another increment of 6%. Shortly after that, I decided to resign again, this time accepting an offer that included a 30% salary increase from an outside company, in addition to what I was earning at Wipro. 😁 Best of luck friend there are lots of opportunities outside, start looking for it.
