Trending @Wipro; Wipro retention bonus policy

Does anyone know the rules at Wipro regarding a retention bonus after resignation? How many years is the bond, and will the bonus be added to our salary? Is the bonus option good or bad? Are there any hidden policies?

They will first give you a one time bonus which will be paid out in your next month salary. After one year the same amount will be added to your CTC. Usually Bond will be 1-2 years. In case you decide to leave the org within this 1-2 year period, you will have to pay back the bonus amount back to Wipro.

After 1 year added in our ctc right. So then is can we leaver after 2 months or we need to stay again another year

So they saying will give the bonus 50% in first month after 6 months they will given balance 50%. So didn't understood the scenario here.

Just ask who joined as fresher after October 2021. You can understand how wipro trying to loot freshers.... They don't have hikes they will just have bonuses on rating like 25000 or 50000..each bonus will have 2 years of bond. After an year bonus will merge with CTC...even if you work 3 years your CTC will be 4 Lpa if you resigned you need to pay 75000 to 1 lakh.... What is the use you will working with 3.5 only
