Trending @Wipro; Wipro or Accenture. What should i join?
"Having joined Wipro just 3 months ago at 7.4 LPA, and currently being on the bench after being released from a project, should I accept the offer from Accenture for 8 LPA and switch companies, which would make it my 4th organization in just 2 years of experience, potentially raising concerns about my job hopping and impact my future career prospects, or should I stay at Wipro and wait for a new project assignment, potentially risking a longer bench period and uncertainty about my career growth?"

My suggestion is to switch. You were able to convince Accenture so follow same approach. Anyway what is the harm in telling your next company that you were on bench and that's why only you switched. Everyone knows bench exists. Keep some proof you were on bench in Wipro

Bhai whenever required switch.. nobody gonna judge you based on how much company you have worked if you can justify... Ultimately everyone is working for money, you are getting good package in other organisations make a switch
