you can use intune installed either in your tab or mobile once you login and try to download that during that it will ask you to have admin access to the device you install on it , that way you can download and once doelwnloaded you remove the admin access your personal device , this method dont work on personal laptops . it will work on tab pr mobile with android or ios os running on it
