Hi Everyone,

Can you people please check in Financial statement >>salary history. They have updated %hike as NA. Does that mean there will be no hikes this year? If someone has any information , please share.

No salary hike this year. Wipro is the turtle of this rat race. My manager told me no hike although I have a 5 rating this year. Useless even if you work hard they won't recognise. Jitni jaldi banta hai nikal lo yaha se.

We can get more clarity on sept end ,.sometimes wipro will release hike letters on December end alao.. Not sure..

Recently there is some upgrade or maintained with wipro systems. That might be the reason for that. It looks like duplicate of the recent record.
