Why is it average only 8% for top performers., last year I didn't get any, but last before year got 9% even with 3 rating

MSI data submitted in system letters will come by end of Sept or early 1st week of October

I think this time also it will be like same as last time. As per higher management they are giving a market correction, so some employees will get hike and other they will park saying higher salary. So don't have high hopes. Let's wait for couple of weeks.
