Trending @Wipro; Wipro hired for 6.5 and giving 3.5

I was hired for turbo role at 6.5 LPA but before joining wipro postponed my joining multiple times even I was having offer Letter for 6.5 and they revised it to 3.5LPA for Elite role that time I was not having any option other that wipro so I joined but now I am working in the project and my colleagues having turbo role and evi they don't work much and even I am having more knowledge and skill than them but still they are getting paid more is there any way so that I can get that role again and same package as like they are getting.
