When I visit the salary history page in my financial. I could see the reason for hike is NA and there is no Hike not even a single rupees change. Does it means there is no Hike this year?

Already variable pay is subjected as only 50%.

Yes for me it was showing reason of hike promotion and % Hike as NA Now both are showing as NA So don't know and variable pay is just 42%
