
Trending @Wipro; Wipro Contractor has troubling me
One of the contractor joined before me 6 months Actually I joined a new organisation just 4 months back,I got project the project is good but the who's is working in my technology he is a contractor and he is showing lot of head weight.
He is not given kts, not created any docs also , whenever he wants to take a break like 15 days he is taking without any reasons intermittently comes online .
I asked the managers to remove the guy but they are saying we are also not interested in that guy but its client wish we cannot remove.
He is not at all professional and somehow joined early , now playing in the project since he is in my technology I have never seen this kind of behaviour.
He will ask the work of what I have done and send it to the client saying that he did, Otherwise he will assign the work to me even though I am a regular employee with 15 years experience not able to handle a contractor.
If I schedule calls he won't join , if he schedules I need to join so much headache pls tell how to handle this unprofessional guy am affecting because of this guy.

Speak with him directly by including your manager. Ask what was the issue. Parallelly try to speak with a client about the issue he is creating

Wipro management head up already on this guy they are not able to handle this guy , he is not responding to any one even for the senior delivery management apart from me , client is always worried about the productivity so he can't remove immediately , Am just asking is there any way we can approach within wipro apart from just telling the manager, as he is violating the rules like not coming online every day and going offline like 10 days a month, seems like working freelance for multiple companies but not sure... I don't have his resume to check or the contact details etc.....any one else we can approach to get or to complain within wipro apart from manager

Find a replacement for him, ask HR to contact the agency from where he is hired, you can reach out to arun kumar who will give you details of the agency. Tell the agency that we will terminate the contract if we dont see proper behaviour

If you directly mail your HR ,They will not respond.I advise you to mail hr cc him ,your manager , delivery manager and ADH.Rest they will take care.better keep all proof in handy.
