Hi , Please help….!!!!

I want to get early release from wipro just like within in 15 days , and from last 60 days I am on bench they are not providing me providing me any project so I done with my resignation yesterday.

So please let me know how to proceed further I am very stuck , another company asking for immediate joining

I would have said like this to HR As because I am unable to add value to your company could you please release me early.

Same here but they said you have to serve 90 day notice i already asked i resign on 28 oct and since 17 days i m on bench i ask hr to early release but said we have to follow policies
