Trending @Wipro; Wipro asking to resign

I’ve been in LWOP for the last six months and now HR is asking to resign, as I’m in LOP I’ve applied to other companies and they’re asking me the last 3 month’s payslips. Does wipro give salary for last three months. If not how to negotiate with HR?
